Eligibility for Refund:
If you encounter significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using our VR training modules, we will work to resolve the problem. If the issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, you may be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation within 7 Days: If you request a refund within seven (7) days of your purchase and you have not accessed or completed any of the VR training modules, we will process your refund.
To request a refund, please follow these steps

In the email, provide your full name, contact information, order number, and a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request. Attach any relevant documentation, such as screenshots or error messages related to technical issues.
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and respond within 15 business days. If your request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment.
